These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services offered by Wedding Speech Writer ("we", "us", or "our"), including when you log in with Google (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

2. Accounts and Login with Google

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account, which you can do by using Google login. When you sign in with Google, you authorize us to access certain basic information from your Google account, such as your name, email address, and profile picture URL, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. Use of the Service

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use (or internal business use, if applicable).

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
  • Infringe or violate the rights of others, including privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights.
  • Upload, share, or generate content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where allowed by applicable law.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the speeches, text, and other content you create or upload through the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display your User Content as necessary to provide and improve the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring that you have all necessary rights to submit it and grant the above license. We may remove or disable access to any User Content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

If you purchase a subscription or paid features, you agree to pay all fees and any applicable taxes at the rates and billing terms disclosed at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Any refunds will be handled in accordance with our refund practices and applicable law. We reserve the right to change our pricing or subscription plans with reasonable notice to you.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and other content (excluding User Content), is owned by Wedding Speech Writer or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, such as Google for login. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, or content.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content will be accurate or reliable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wedding Speech Writer and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

In any event, our total liability for all claims relating to the Service will be limited to the greater of (a) the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), unless a different limit is required by applicable law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wedding Speech Writer and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and, to the extent not preempted by U.S. federal law, the laws of the state of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the United States, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. You and we each waive any objection to venue in such courts, including on the basis of forum non conveniens.
